What is a Chinese fondue?
Chinese fondue is a convivial meal which involves boiling raw food in a large broth in the center of the table. The aim is to encourage the sharing of dishes and bring guests together around a tasty meal. The dishes and broths offered in our establishment are accessible to all customers. Our products include 100% vegetarian broths, such as mushrooms, and halal meats such as lamb and chicken. Accompanied by a multitude of sauces to mix and customize together


How does it work?

If you want to have a broth with several different flavors, it is possible with the 2-compartment and 3-compartment broth, by pressing on the broths in question and checking the flavors you want. Then you just have to add the dishes you prefer to the basket, while selecting the quantity of the potion. We have some dishes for which it is not necessary to cook, such as fried foods and rice, but the rest of the dishes must be cooked in broth, whether vegetables, meat, seafood and the noodles

Cooking times
The cooking time is different for each category of dish.
The time you can go to the bar and customize your own sauce mix to accompany your dishes is different for each dish category.

Seafood
First, you have the seafood, which you can cook for 2 minutes, or a little more, depending on its size.

Red shrimp
Like red shrimp in broth. As for vegetables, mushrooms, noodles and tofu, the cooking time is approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

MEAT
You have meats that have a fairly varied cooking method, such as lamb and beef where a few seconds are enough.

Chicken
Pâté, meatballs and chicken with a cooking time of 3 to 4 minutes minimum and finally the ravioli with a cooking time of 5 minutes.
